I LOVE this service. I have three little girls that like to play in the backyard and before they can it has to be poop free. In the past, if we hadn’t been in the backyard in a while the poop would build up and I would spend valuable time with my kids cleaning up poop. Poop 911 is very flexible with me, if we spend a lot of time outside and I have had to clean it before Poop 911 can make it on our regularly scheduled day , they let me skip a cleaning! I had a minor problem with one of their employees missing poop and they promptly came back out and used it as a training experience for the employee. I am so appreciative of Poop 911 being so flexible and so accommodating to me and my circumstances. As a side note, I have never had a problem with them leaving my gate open or unlocked. They are alway very cautious to make sure my puppies are safely secured in the backyard!!
