I have used this service twice now. Each time due to recovering from surgery when I was unable to get off of my deck and into my yard to scoop poop. When I called them just recently to use their service for the second time, Jon actually remembered me and started service the following week. I highly, highly recommend them and will use again if the need arises. Very friendly and professional.
